If you have purchased a product from Northmont
Computers and you have a question about it, you
may call us with questions regarding that
product only. Although we do help our
customers by answering questions about products
they've purchased from us, we are not
responsible for doing so. We will NOT give
free technical assistance by phone for
installing components, software, or fixing
problems. We do computer repair and
upgrades as a service and you are welcome to
bring your computer in for us to service it if
you wish. All products are covered by the
manufacturer for at least one year. You
can e-mail us any questions you have about
